Canadian travel advisors unlock Egypt with Exotik Journeys

Members of the Exotik Journeys team and nine Canadian travel advisors crossed continents from Canada to the land of ancient wonders along the Nile to experience Egypt.

The discovery tour from May 17-23, crafted for travel advisors, “left a lasting impression on all participants,” according to a press release issued Monday (June 5).

During their week-long stay, the group had the chance to partake in several excursions and visit famous sites.

Some highlights included exploring the Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx, the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities, and the National Museum of Civilization.

The group then flew to Aswan to board the Movenpick Royal Lotus for a three-night river cruise along the Nile, stopping at the High Dam, Philae Temple, Kom Ombo, Edfu, the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsute Temple, Kamak Temple, and Luxor Temple.

They then flew back to Cairo for some shopping at the vibrant Khan El Khalili Baazar and enjoyed a farewell dinner aboard the Four Seasons First Nile boat.
