Velas Vallarta adds Checkout Concierge service

Velas Vallarta has launched a new complimentary Checkout Concierge service for guests, extending the VIP treatment right up to departure by taking care of all the loose ends.

According to Velas Vallarta, one day prior to departure, a checkout concierge is assigned to each guest at the resort, “dedicated to the effortless lead-up to their departure,” with the concierge handling a range of airline related services; these include printing boarding passes, extra-luggage payment, flight seat selection (including accommodating for accessibility requirements) and arranging airport transfers.

Late check-out requests can be coordinated at the same time, as well as confirmation of pre-arranged pick-ups for guests through travel agencies. A fragile packaging service is also offered, to ensure items such as souvenirs and wine survive the journey home.

To complete the special service, Velas Vallarta sends off guests with a complimentary travel bag with house-made cookies to-go for the flight and bottles of water for the airport.

The check-out concierge service is complimentary for all guests of Velas Vallarta.
