AIC Hotel Group, owner of the Hard Rock Hotel chain, is getting ready for a rapid expansion of its property portfolio in the coming months.
Chief among those announcements is the UNICO Hotel Riviera Maya 20º 87º. According to UNICO, the all-inclusive brand will draw on the culture of the region by allowing customers to enjoy an authentic Mexican experience in a relaxed luxury setting.
The property is set to open in early 2017.
This adults-only property features 448 rooms, four restaurants, three pools with cabanas, 5 bars including 2 swim-up bars and a cigar bar.
Many accommodation options are available, from sea-view rooms or beachfront to 2,357 square feet villas. Each room on the first floor has a swimming pool, while rooms on the the upper floors feature a double whirlpool. All rooms also feature 55-inch flat screen TVs and free WiFi.
Other facilities on site include a conference centre, fitness centre and a full-service spa with hydrotherapy facilities, with two suites and six cabins for couples and 10 individual cabins.
