Four Seasons heads to Anguilla

Toronto-based Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is heading to Anguilla, assuming management of the Viceroy Anguilla resort this fall.

The property, owned by funds affiliated with Starwood Capital Group, will reopen as Four Seasons Resort and Private Residences Anguilla following the resort’s annual closure from August to October.

Located along the island’s northwestern shore and offering 3,200 feet of beachfront and unobstructed views of the Caribbean Sea, Four Seasons Resort and Private Residences Anguilla will feature 166 accommodations including dedicated resort guest rooms, whole-ownership beachfront private residences, 5,000 square-foot villas, and vacation rental units. Guests and residents of Four Seasons Resort and Private Residences Anguilla will enjoy access to world-class dining, an 8,100 square-foot spa and a wide range of pool and watersport activities.

The property will become the second resort in Four Season’s Caribbean collection, joining Four Seasons Resort Nevis which the company has operated since 1990.
