Club Med is helping travel advisors achieve their targets with advanced tools by enabling them to meet customer needs in a personalized and experiential way.
It is with this approach that Club
Med joins the Sabre and Galileo booking platform, starting on Tuesday (Nov. 17).
Following last year's launch of Club Med on SIREV, travel advisors will now be able to search, compare and book Club Med travel products on Sabre and Galileo, two well-known web solutions in the travel industry.
As of Tuesday, all travel advisors will have the opportunity to inquire about and book trips, with flights included, to 30 Club Med resorts.
This includes not only locations in the Caribbean, Mexico and Florida but also resorts in the heart of the French, Italian and Swiss Alps.
"During this difficult period for the travel industry, we are eager to adapt to the new reality of our partners and to simplify the booking process for them,” said Jacinda Lowry, National Sales Director at Club Med.
Used by thousands of travel advisors, Sabre, Galileo and SIREV's shopping and booking system allows users to quickly and efficiently access information about Club Med offers and products.
At the office, on the phone or on the road, the information is always accessible. With the user-friendly filter system of the booking platforms, advisors can easily search the most relevant products for client requests to provide all-inclusive, out-of-the-ordinary experiences at dream destinations.
For further information or if you encounter any difficulty finding Club
Med on SIREV, agents are encouraged to send a request to Canada.Sirev@clubmed.com or call 514-227-3969 / 800-895-6429.
Club Med's addition of these two booking platforms, joins the many tools put in place by the brand to help travel advisors better serve clients. Additional support sites include:
- The clubmedagents.ca site, a web portal fully dedicated to travel advisors.
- The Club Med Facebook group "Club Med Janet and Samantha, Amazing you!" where travel advisors can find the latest Club Med information. Since the spring of 2020, advisors can also join Facebook Live streams hosted by Business Development Managers, Janet Martin and Samantha Gillingham, to find out all about the latest Club Med news and events.
- Finally, I-Frame, a tool that enables travel advisors to easily display Club Med destinations and offers on their website. Managed and updated by Club Med, the I-Frame program is responsive and adapts to all screen formats and devices including computers, tablets and smartphones. Free and easily integrated with other platforms and systems, this ensures smooth navigation for clients with high-end design that has up-to-date and relevant information - a winning solution to increase sales.
