Bahia Principe opens latest DomRep property

The Luxury Bahia Principe Fantasia Don Pablo Collection opened Nov. 1, welcoming families to Bavaro Beach in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.

The property features 512 junior suite deluxe rooms, able to accommodate families of five. Hotel amenities include a state-of-the-art gym with outdoor views and a wellness centre, along with the Bahia Spa, where guests can relax with an extensive menu of professional beauty and massage treatments.

The new all-inclusive hotel includes a number of unique features, including three castles, housing the property’s kids club, the Garden Circus restaurant and the Kokoro sushi bar. The central castle also serves as the hotel’s main entertainment hub at night, featuring a special audio-visual show aimed at kids and adults alike.

Entertainment and activities for all ages is a key focus for the property; for the youngest family members, a waterpark and kids club, featuring activities such as arts & crafts workshops, are among the main draws, while older youth can spend time at the hotel’s teen club, and enjoy an exclusive gym, spa, cinema and dance hall, or play the latest video game consoles, billiards, table football or ping pong.

With cuisine one of the chain's highlights, the property features an Italian restaurant, a grill, an international buffet, beach and swimming-pool snacks and six bars.
