Given the continued global efforts to combat the spread of the global COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, Oceania Cruises is extending its suspension of voyages to include all voyage departures aboard Marina, Riviera, Nautica, Regatta and Sirena from November 1, 2020 through November 30, 2020.
Guests who are currently booked on voyages departures noted above that are paid in full with cash funds (credit card, check, bank wire) will automatically receive a Future Cruise Credit worth 125% of the cruise fare paid.
"This is our way of providing even more value to our loyal guests to cruise with us at a later date. This Future Cruise Credit will be issued automatically and may be applied to any voyage on Oceania Cruises anywhere in the world through December 31, 2022 that is booked by October 5, 2021," the company wrote on its website.
Reservations under deposit with cash funds (credit card, check, bank wire) that do not have full and final payment applied will automatically receive a full (100%) refund of all funds that have been applied to your reservation.
Reservations that have been deposited or paid in full utilizing a previously issued Future Cruise Credit, the Future Cruise Credit will be re-issued for the amount that was applied. Future Cruise Credits are not redeemable for cash refunds.

You can reserve a voyage of your choosing with peace of mind and confidence knowing that all bookings made through October 31, 2020 for sailings through October 31, 2021 will be covered by our Travellers Assurance Program.
Guests that need to cancel, for any reason, will receive 100% of the dollar value of their cruise fare back in a Future Cruise Credit if you cancel your cruise at least 15 days prior to the departure date. They will also receive the reassurance of knowing every sailing is covered by our Best Price Guarantee. Should a better public promotion or price become available, up to the date of sailing, they may take advantage of it.
Future Cruise Credits for reservations that were paid in full will automatically be processed to one's Oceania Club profile after October 19, 2020 and may be applied to any voyage on Oceania Cruises anywhere in the world through December 31, 2022.
Ancillary items and packages, etc. purchased through us will be automatically refunded. Any travel protection purchased through us will also be refunded.
Guests who have previously opted to cancel under the Travellers Assurance Program do not qualify for this offer.
For guests who prefer to forfeit the higher value of the 125% Future Cruise Credit, a lower value full refund option is available.
Refunds in lieu of Future Cruise Credits must be requested no later than close of business on October 19, 2020.Please allow up to 60 days for refunds to be processed.
