Celebrity named CAA's Preferred Travel Partner of the Year

Celebrity Cruises has won the 2015 Preferred Travel Partner of the Year award from CAA National, the first such honour for the cruise line.

According to Celebrity, the award is based on several criteria, including the results of satisfaction surveys completed by the heads of the eight CAA clubs, ranking areas including marketing, sales support, service and training, as well as product and technology. In addition, the award also recognizes the size of business volume, the contribution to providing Member Benefits and AAA Vacation Amenities and the results from a frontline CAA staff survey on member satisfaction, sales support/training, and value for members.

Celebrity added that several CAA clubs including CAA Quebec and CAA Manitoba have hosted their President’s Cruises with the line for 2015-2016.
