Carnival spreads some holiday cheer to agents

Carnival is showing its appreciation for travel agents this holiday season by giving away $10,000 in gift cards as part of “Adolfo’s Facebook Page Holiday Giveaway” contest, which runs from Dec. 4-11.

To be eligible for the contest, travel agents simply cite their wish for the cruise industry for 2016 on the Facebook page of Carnival’s Vice President of Sales & Trade Marketing Adolfo Perez. One hundred travel agents will be selected to win a $100 gift card.

Entrants in the giveaway must be registered travel agents with GoCCL.com. To enter the contest, agents can visit www.facebook.com/CarnivalTrade, “like” the page if they have not already done so and write a brief comment on their wish for the cruise industry in the coming year. Submissions will be judged on insight and originality.

Winners’ names will be posted each business day during the contest period on Carnival’s travel agent Facebook page. Winners will be asked to contact Carnival within 48 hours to claim their prize. One gift card will be awarded per winner.
