Little Canada, a miniature experience based in Toronto that celebrates all that makes Canada extraordinary, has been named Ontario’s “Attraction of the Year” for the second consecutive year by Attractions Ontario.
The award, which was presented Wednesday night (Oct. 25) at the Ontario Tourism Summit Awards Gala, follows Little Canada’s recognition as “Top Indoor Attraction” in September, 2023.
“Little Canada provides an engaging and unique experience that evokes a wonder and curiosity about Canada. We are immensely proud to receive this prestigious recognition, endorsed by our 100,000+ guests and passionate supporters, for the second year in a row,” said Jean-Louis Brenninkmeijer, founder and Chief Visionary Officer of Little Canada. “Little Canada continues to grow; every day our highly skilled miniature makers continue their painstaking work behind the scenes. We are thrilled when our visitors come back again and again to see and discover our ever-evolving love letter to Canada.”
Attractions Ontario gives the “Attraction of the Year” award annually to the attraction that receives the most votes overall, through a public poll, across all eight categories of the Ontario’s Choice Awards.

Little Canada, which is located in downtown Toronto at Yonge and Dundas Square, was selected from more than 500 public and privately owned Ontario attractions including amusement parks, historical sites, cultural activities, arts and entertainment and adventure tourism.
“Attraction of the Year” is a very meaningful award as the winner is chosen by the people who visit all of Ontario’s wonderful attractions,” said Troy Young, CEO of Attractions Ontario. “It is quite an achievement to win the award for two consecutive years.”
To celebrate its giant win, Little Canada is offering guests half-priced timed tickets on Wednesday, Nov. 1 for newly purchased tickets online only. Visit little-canada.ca for all the details.
