"We are incredibly proud of the tremendous success achieved at Connex," stated Zeina Gedeon, CEO of Trevello, in a press release on Tuesday (May 16).
The host agency is reporting “resounding success” with the conclusion of its national conference, Connex, which was held at Breathless Soul in Cancun from April 30 to May 5.
Connex provided a platform for travel advisors to engage in one-on-one meetings with partners, creating opportunities for fruitful discussions and strengthened relationships.

The conference featured partner presentations and keynote speeches by industry leaders, offering valuable insights into the dynamic landscape of the travel industry.
Additionally, there was also a “Rise and Shine” activity every day for our advisors. This focused on the mental and physical well-being of advisors, emphasizing Trevello's dedication to their overall wellness.
The host agency says attendees were “deeply impressed” by the wealth of knowledge shared, saying this enhanced their understanding of the industry and its business aspects.
The highlight of the conference, Trevello says, was the gala night awards ceremony, which coincided with Travel Agent Day on May 3.
The evening was a celebration of achievements, with partners, advisors, and staff adorning Trevello's brand colours of purple and red.
The gala dinner was a culinary delight, and the prestigious Trevello Awards recognized the unwavering dedication and hard work of partners and travel advisors, who serve as the backbone of the travel industry.
"This conference served as a remarkable platform for our partners and travel advisors to forge strong connections, exchange valuable insights, and collectively celebrate their dedication to the industry. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all who contributed to making this event an extraordinary achievement,” Gedeon stated.
Building on this year’s event, the company says it is already planning its next event “with great enthusiasm.”
