itravel2000 has appointed Michelle Loveridge as the company’s new contact centre director.

A 33-year veteran of the retail travel industry, Loveridge got her start as a leisure travel consultant for the Last Minute Club, working her way up to her most recent role at the director of the retail call centre & stores for TravelBrands.
