The platform, called Social Connect, helps advisors engage their current clients and reach new clients to build their brand awareness and increase sales.
“After 10 years, it was time to evolve the Social Connect platform,” said Nicole Mazza, Chief Marketing Officer. “Since the pandemic started, we’ve seen an exponential increase in usage since 2019, as our advisors realize the power of social media, plus the importance of staying in touch with their clients.”
This one-stop shop digital portal now has a new modern look and improved user experience making it even easier to use.
Creative assets, such as postcards, flyers, videos and social fun can be downloaded giving advisors more control and customization. It is now mobile responsive making it easier to share posts on the go with a phone.
Filters have also been added to help advisors find appropriate content on a particular supplier, destination, celebration, The Affluent Traveler or general pro-travel agency content.
Easy to use
Social Connect is easy to use, and advisors can upload customized creatives to social networks including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Blogger, Google+, Pinterest, Tumblr and more.
Media is automatically personalized with the advisor’s contact details and logo, which is pre-loaded into an advisor’s account.
“More and more of our preferred suppliers have integrated Social Connect into their marketing plans and have seen measurable ROI from the platform,” said Mazza.
