ACTA takes part in IATA NDC study

ACTA is among the participants in a global study to learn what travel agents really think about the new IATA NDC, conducted in partnership with many of the WTAAA members and IATA.

This report, titled NDC: Travel Agencies' Enabler to Success, offers input to the discussion around the implementation of NDC, the opportunities that exist and the travel agencies perspective of what has to happen in order for it to be considered a valuable resource for travel agencies. The report highlights a range of questions and has been designed to be an easy to read and informative report for everyone in the travel value chain.
